Ontos' Boxing/Practical Striking class teaches traditional pugilism, focusing on the basic fundamentals of: strikes, blocks, footwork, defense, attacks, counter attacks, and set ups along with 'Dirty Boxing', which utilizes elbows, the forehead, knees, and kicks. It's "Old school boxing" at it's heart.
