Our gym is all about community. We encourage, motivate, and support each other and because you can always find a friend, you'll always have accountability to help stay focused your goals.


At Guardian Complete, our focus is to maximize your ability to do most anything, and do it exceptionally well, whether its a common task like doing chores, climbing stairs, playing with your children, or physically demanding activities such as athletic competitions or first responder and military duties. 


The training is always challenging and fun, but training together makes it that much better.

There's No Such Thing As "I Can't"

We set high standards for ourselves and our athletes, ensuring safe, efficient movement by teaching, correcting, and reinforcing proper mechanics, effective recovery and mobility techniques, and sustainable, healthy nutritional coaching.


Our fitness programs work for everyone because our training is infinitely "scalable" according to each individual’s abilities. Weights can be made heavier or lighter, movements can be modified or substituted, and intensity adjusted.


And because we regularly work with individuals recovering from injury or illness, 'disabilities' are rarely looked upon as limitations. So whether you're 10 years old or 88 years young, the SHIFT program will have you leaner, stronger, and more able to enjoy life!
