Keith is an experienced and motivated trainer, instructor, and student. He is capable, knowledgeable, patient, and always ready and willing to learn.
His approach to fitness is focused and aggressive, but tempered by his knowledge of athletes and the human body. Keith always has a willingness to learn from others, including his trainees.

Ajarn Mike Parker
Ajarn Michael Parker is a renowned Instructor in the World Thai Boxing Association under Ajarn Surachai “Chai” Sirisute. Michael has trained in the Martial Arts for over 35 years with a specialty in Boxing, Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, Combat Submission Wrestling, and is a certified instructor of Wing Chun Gung Fu.
Michael Parker is one of a very few that have achieved the title "Ajarn" in the United States, having instructed Muay Thai for more than 25 years. He has traveled the world learning and teaching Martial Arts as well as competing professionally.
He understands the need for basic elements of fighting in real time and builds on those basic principles to develop very capable fighters. His teaching style is matchless as his reputation supersedes him.
